Robert Balboa is an operative for Trinity Advancements, voiced by Revoltge. He is shown meeting with Pathfinder at Relic Base in Overture.
Personality
Not much is known about Balboa, though he is a big fan of Taco Tuesday.

- He was supposed to debut in Invader, but due to Revoltge being unable to perform the lines in time (having recorded those for Overture first), the scene was rewritten to include 212 Exultant Forge in his place.
- His name is an ironic reference to the protagonist of the same name in the 1976 film Rocky who works out regularly and is referred to as the film's title while Balboa is out of shape.
