The UNSC Cosmo, referred to as HQ by the guards, is a space frigate that serves as the communication headquarters for the UNSC's SAFE, including Outpost Black Out. It is staffed by various operators led by Commanders Ignacio Dominguez and Randy DeLuca.

Trivia
- Geff mentions a ship called the UNSC Infinity in Classic Season 1, rather than the UNSC Cosmo, though it is unlikely these are the same ship due to the UNSC Infinity's activities within the actual Halo canon. It could be inferred that because of the SPARTAN Program's recruitment of the Outpost Black Out guards being revealed to be a lie told by Ignacio during WarGames, the UNSC Infinity's mention was also part of the lie.
