Captain Raven Carmine is a soldier stationed on Outpost Rat's Nest, voiced by Daks. She was the head guard of her outpost before being shot by Emery Eden.
Personality
Carmine is a stern and by-the-books leader who doesn't like to participate in the shenanigans of her coworkers on Outpost Rat's Nest.

Trivia
- Her color scheme is inspired by her voice actor, Daks, whose Halo fan character is red and white while Carmine's is a darker shade of both.
- Like other SAFE captains, Carmine is referred to by her last name rather than her first by her squadmates.
- She is the only member of Outpost Rat's Nest who did not change at any point during the development of Rat's Nest, always written as leader of the outpost.
