Raquel is first referenced in Replacement, when SAFE's administrative commander Ignacio Dominguez informs Randy DeLuca that Raquel, simply called "Trinity's co-founder", had requested the transfer of Geff Rodrigo from Outpost Black Out to Trinity Advancements.
