Events of Red Line
Frankie first appears in Hack & Slash, being heard talking to Tony from behind the door of their apartment as Tony talks to their tenant Pidge Emmel. Tony then asks Frankie to retrieve the security tapes of Pidge's apartment building before coming to the door and offering Pidge a crumpet. Frankie and Tony then bicker as Pidge walks away with the tapes.

- Frankie was written with their voice actor, Excelled, in mind based on his performance in the Halo-based machinima series Flying by Wire (created by Pidge Emmel's voice actor mellohyelloh).
