Cocktail is a soldier who was present at the Brigadier's investigation on Outpost High Ground.

In Dare, Cocktail and her brother arrived on Cold Storage to attack Emery Eden, to no avail. Cocktail mentions Trinity will be unhappy with Emery's escape, revealing the pair to be working for them.
