Private Percy O'Hara is a soldier stationed on Outpost Pit Fall, voiced by Primal.
Personality
Percy is a naive man who thinks he's one of the good guys.
Role in Plot
Events of Season 1
In Team Cosmo!, Percy is seen asking Eleanor Winkler over the radio if he can rejoin the Orbital Drop Shock Troopers before Eleanor hangs up on him. While on patrol during Stashed, he is swiftly incapacitated by an unknown soldier unbeknownst to his boss and coworker.

 While on patrol with Dino Jones in Elsewhere on Outpost Ice Box, Percy was stopped by a confused Captain Rico Suave, his boss, about why the two were still around. However, Emery Eden showed up posing as a Spartan and attacked Percy by hitting him in the back with the butt of his rifle and knocking him unconscious. Much later, in Dare, Percy wakes up inside of HQ surrounded by Randy DeLuca, Brigadier, and Valentine. Dazed, he agrees to help Randy in his investigation into what happened at Outpost Ice Box. |

Trivia
- His colors were chosen by his voice actor, Primal.
- Due to a glitch within The Master Chief Collection, Percy has the built-in default emblem on his shoulder pad in Elsewhere.
- Because of his phrasing in Team Cosmo!, it can be assumed he used to be an ODST before being demoted to a guard.
- While he wore an ODST helmet and used an assault rifle in Classic Season 2, he wears the Mark VI and uses a SMG in Season 1 to match other guards.
- Also in difference to Classic, Percy is now part of Outpost Pit Fall rather than Outpost Ice Box.
- He was nearly included in Rat's Nest in two different ways, one in place of Polly Pockett and the other in place of Denise Rocko.
