Raquel is first mentioned in The Last Dance as the Operator, with her having hired Primal to eliminate Emery Eden for killing her husband sometime prior. Trooper claims the Operator told him to do so, but Primal casts doubt before the two fight one another.
While discussing the incident at Outpost Rat's Nest during Curtain Call...Encore!, Randy DeLuca tells Emily Vega that Raquel Rodrigo had hired Primal for undisclosed reasons that are hidden by an "iron-clad" non-disclosure agreement. She is also mentioned as being a co-founder of Trinity Advancements in the same conversation. Later, on Outpost Rat's Nest, Molotov and Cocktail are sent to deliver footage and discuss the case with the Brigadier on behalf of "Mother Trinity".
