Outpost Pit Fall is a military outpost part of the SAFE Program that houses many vehicles for the UNSC. Its guards were attacked by Emery Eden shortly before the arrival of Alana Reynolds, a SPARTAN-IV supersoldier tasked with transferring the guards from Outpost Black Out to Trinity. It is here that Emery then kills Alana within one of the pelicans parked in the outpost, taking it for himself as he headed to Black Out.
