Outpost Pitfall is a military outpost that serves as a training facility for up and coming UNSC soldiers. Assist droids are used for simulated firefight matches against these trainees. Commander Ignacio Dominguez and Spartan Alana Reynolds would transfer five protocol robots to the HQ to be retrofitted for an actual mission led by Spartan Louie Vargas.

- The name of this outpost comes from Pitfall, a Halo 4 map that is a remake of Halo's The Pit, which is the actual map used.
- It is unknown if there are any guards at this outpost, as it is merely a training facility and not apart of the SAFE Program.
