Outpost High Ground is a military outpost that houses a satellite used to help the UNSC monitor the middle colonies. Trooper stole fuel for his jeep at this outpost, undetected by the guards here despite him eliminating their leader. It was later occupied by The Damned, who eliminated its guards before they themselves would be largely eliminated by Emery, who had returned to steal more fuel but now for his stolen pelican.
