The Cosmo, referred to as HQ by the guards, is the main communications center for outposts within the UNSC's SAFE Program, including Outpost Black Out. It is headquartered within a space frigate located in outer space, staffed by various operators led by Commander Ignacio Dominguez.

Personnel

Protocol Robots

Protocol robots who operate under a network controlled by the SAFE Program Headquarters on the UNSC Cosmo, given various different tasks from training soldiers through simulated firefights on Outpost Pit Fall to acting as a fax machine for Outpost Black Out.

Trivia

  • It has yet to be named fully in the main series, only referred to as HQ.
  • Geff mentions a ship called the UNSC Infinity in Classic Season 1, rather than the UNSC Cosmo, though it is unlikely these are the same ship as the UNSC Infinity is apart of actual Halo canon. It could be inferred that because of the Spartan Program's recruitment of the Outpost Black Out guards being revealed to be a lie told by Ignacio during WarGames, the UNSC Infinity's mention was also part of the lie.
