Outpost High Ground is a military outpost that houses a satellite used to help the UNSC monitor the middle colonies. Emery Eden stole fuel for his jeep at this outpost, undetected by the guards here despite him eliminating their leader.

Outpost High Ground was a military outpost that housed a satellite used to help the UNSC monitor the middle colonies. The guards stationed here being eliminated by members of The Damned, who would occupy the outpost for a short time before they themselves were ambushed by Emery Eden.
