The UNSC Cosmo, also known as HQ, is a space frigate located in outer space. It is the main communications center for the outposts within ONI's SAFE Program, including Outpost Black Out.

- It has yet to be named fully in the series, only referred to as HQ.
Classic
- Geff mentions a ship called the UNSC Infinity in Classic Season 1, rather than the UNSC Cosmo, though it is unlikely these are the same ship as the UNSC Infinity is apart of actual Halo canon. It could be inferred that because of the Spartan Program's recruitment of the Outpost Black Out guards being revealed to be a lie told by Ignacio during WarGames, the UNSC Infinity's mention was also part of the lie.
