Outpost Black Out was a military outpost that housed a satellite used to help the UNSC monitor the middle colonies. It is the main setting of Season 1. The guards stationed here were captured by Emery Eden under the guise of an official UNSC pilot.

Trivia

  • This outpost was named after the Halo 3 map it uses, Blackout.
  • Series creator Syp The Mighty chose the Halo 2 map Lockout to represent this outpost in the past because it's the precursor to Blackout, the map used for this outpost in Halo 3.
