- This episode was written to promote the release of the official Season 1 soundtrack, originally intended to air the same day as Retrograde but due to that episode's delay this episode had to be adjusted to fit the change of release to be more generalized rather than naming specific dates.
- The guards' luggage can be seen at the start of this episode, which were originally intended to appear in Retrograde before being cut for time. Sarah having the most luggage is a nod to her crate in The Transfer, while Nicole having a guitar indicates she plays.
