Rat's Nest is an upcoming action comedy miniseries created by Syp The Mighty and Revoltge that serves as a prequel to Season 1. According to the writing duo in Coming Soon, this series will center on Emery Eden just prior to his introduction in Season 1 as well as the guards stationed on Outpost Rat's Nest.
It will air sometime after Season 1, though no dates are confirmed.

- This series was announced in Coming Soon, a Sides episode.
- Blankslate, voice of Mitchell Miller, created the logo for this series. Blankslate will also reprise his role as Jace Casper.
- Syp considers this series to be a spiritual successor to Major Malfunction and WarGames, the former with its focus on another group of SAFE guards and the latter for how it ties into the narrative of Guard Duty. Despite this, it is a standalone story separate from those miniseries as part of the Relaunch continuity.
