Blue Robot is an android who was led by Louie Vargas as part of an investigation into a distress call from Outpost High Ground.

Role in Plot

Events of Season 1

Blue appears deactivated alongside Red, Pink, Green, and Yellow during Stashed, brought aboard the UNSC Cosmo by Louie Vargas and Alana Reynolds to be retrofitted for active duty and sent to Outpost High Ground alongside Vargas. Later, in Overture, Blue follows Louie to Outpost High Ground with Pink before all three are shot in the head by Corvus. His body is later seen in Retrograde as Emery lurks around the outpost.

Blue is a robot who was used by Ignacio Dominguez to investigate an incident on Outpost High Ground.

Role in Plot

Events of WarGames

In Upgrade, Blue is recruited alongside the other training robots to take part in an actual military operation by Ignacio Dominguez and led by Spartan Louie Vargas to investigate a suspected Flood outbreak, much to Blue's dismay. Upon landing on Outpost High Ground with Louie and the other robots in Deception, he goes with Louie and Pink to the main gate of the outpost. Once there, the three encounter the bodies of Jack O'Brien and Linda Kelen as Louie realizes he was lied to about why he was sent to High Ground. Before anyone could react, Louie is shot in the head by an unknown attacker as Blue and Pink run to meet up with Yellow and Green. The four attempt to come up with a plan, but when they notice Red had been incapacitated they are met with three Sangheili and a soldier clad in black armor.

The next day, in Ambush, Riel and Kazi hold Blue and the other robots as prisoner as Riel explains that she and her companions are members of The Damned before Corvus enters to explain the situation and attempts recruiting Blue and the other robots to join The Damned. While the robots agree, Blue mentions that he has been recording everything he sees to send to his commanding officer. Before Blue can even finish explaining, Corvus shoots him in the head and left deactivated. Though his footage would later help Randy DeLuca and Ignacio in learning the existence of The Damned.
