Unit B is a series of Protocol Robots. The ones located in Outpost Pit Fall are designed to partake in simulated firefights against trainee soldiers to prepare them for combat. One of these robots was used by Ignacio Dominguez to investigate an incident on Outpost High Ground, called Blue.

Events of Season 1
When Sarah Daws calls HQ in Fax, a Unit B robot is assigned to answer the call to give automated responses.
Events of WarGames
In Upgrade, Blue is recruited alongside the other training robots to take part in an actual military operation by Ignacio Dominguez and led by Spartan Louie Vargas to investigate a suspected Flood outbreak, much to Blue's dismay. Upon landing on Outpost High Ground with Louie and the other robots in Deception, he goes with Louie and Pink to the main gate of the outpost. Once there, the three encounter the bodies of Jack O'Brien and Linda Kelen as Louie realizes he was lied to about why he was sent to High Ground. Before anyone could react, Louie is shot in the head by an unknown attacker as Blue and Pink run to meet up with Yellow and Green. The four attempt to come up with a plan, but when they notice Red had been incapacitated they are met with three Sangheili and a soldier clad in black armor.
The next day, in Ambush, Riel and Kazi hold Blue and the other robots as prisoner as Riel explains that she and her companions are members of The Damned before Corvus enters to explain the situation and attempts recruiting Blue and the other robots to join The Damned. While the robots agree, Blue mentions that he has been recording everything he sees to send to his commanding officer. Before Blue can even finish explaining, Corvus shoots him in the head and left deactivated. Though his footage would later help Randy DeLuca and Ignacio in learning the existence of The Damned.
Trivia
- He is an older character created by Syp who appeared in a series of short videos with Red titled NOM, CONVO, WORK, and SPARTANS, the last of which WarGames seemingly continues directly after.
