'''SAFE''' ('''S'''ecure '''A'''ction '''F'''or '''E'''veryone) is a program involving defunct military outposts being converted to satellites that can monitor multiple planets within a certain radius in order to maintain control over the outer colonies, with the UNSC justifying it as a security measure. The [[UNSC Cosmo]] acts as its communications center, with Commander [[Ignacio Dominguez]] overseeing the entire operation on the wider UNSC's behalf. Many of the UNSC's non-essential personnel are sent to these outposts to serve as guards.

Trivia

  • It has yet to be named fully in the main series, only referred to as HQ.
  • Geff mentions a ship called the UNSC Infinity in Classic Season 1, rather than the UNSC Cosmo, though it is unlikely these are the same ship as the UNSC Infinity is apart of actual Halo canon. It could be inferred that because of the Spartan Program's recruitment of the Outpost Black Out guards being revealed to be a lie told by Ignacio during WarGames, the UNSC Infinity's mention was also part of the lie.
