Percy is a naive man who thinks he's one of the good guys.

Role in Plot

Events of Season 1

In Team Cosmo!, Percy is seen asking Eleanor Winkler over the radio if he can rejoin the Orbital Drop Shock Troopers before Eleanor hangs up on him.

Trivia

  • His colors were chosen by his voice actor, Primal.
  • Because of his phrasing in Team Cosmo!, it can be assumed he used to be an ODST before being demoted to a guard.
