Dino is a curious and snarky fellow who seems to get along with his boss and coworker.
Dino and his boss, Captain Rico Suave, were standing guard together on Outpost Pit Fall discussing the incoming arrival of Alana Reynolds during Stashed. Shortly after, Emery Eden makes his presence known.

Dino is a rude man who will get what is coming to him.
While on patrol with Percy O'Hara in Elsewhere on Outpost Ice Box, Dino was stopped by a confused Captain Rico Suave, his boss, about why the two were still around. However, when Emery Eden showed up posing as a Spartan, Suave believed he and Emery were on the same side and shot Dino in the head personally, killing him instantly.
