Private Frank Collins is a soldier stationed on Outpost High Ground, voiced by Syp The Mighty.
Personality
Collins was a cowardly little weenie and frustrated at the shenanigans of his fellow soldiers.
Role in Plot
Events of Season 1
At the end of Machine, Collins claims to have seen a warthog on the beach of Outpost High Ground, though he is swiftly dismissed by both Diego Jones and Jack O'Brien. After Linda Kelen criticizes O'Brien for supposedly changing his armor to a captain's uniform in the absence of Cayde Jasper, but Collins nonetheless decides to join Jones and O'Brien in dismissing her.
He is later taken prisoner along with Jones and Kelen, guarded by Riel, during Overture after other members of The Damned had already killed O'Brien and Jasper. After the raiders already killed Jones and Kelen, in Retrograde, Collins is interrogated by Corvus she kills him with her sword upon receiving no satisfying answer.
