While Dina was introduced in BIG NEWS!, an episode of Guard Duty Sides, she was meant to debut in Rat's Nest prior to its production delays.
Dina's ODST helmet and name are references to her brother, Dino Jones, who debuted with an ODST helmet in Classic Season 2.
