Captain Raven Carmine is a soldier stationed on Outpost Rat's Nest, voiced by Daks. She is the head guard of her outpost.

Carmine is a by-the-books leader who doesn't like to participate in the shenanigans of her coworkers on Outpost Rat's Nest.

Her color scheme is inspired by her voice actor, Daks, whose Halo fan character is red and white while Carmine's is a darker shade of both.
Like other SAFE captains, Carmine is referred to by her last name rather than her first by her squadmates.
