Randy DeLuca
Randy DeLuca is an intelligence officer for the UNSC working under Ignacio Dominguez, voiced by EthanChaotic. His primary role aboard the UNSC Cosmo is to document information and investigate any incidents involving outposts under the UNSC's SAFE Program.

Randy is a dedicated and loyal member of the UNSC. He cares deeply for his job.
Biography
Events of WarGames
After the death of Spartan Louie Vargas, Randy analyzed the video logs sent from the blue robot that accompanied him to discover the existence of The Damned. He revealed this to his superior, Commander Ignacio Dominguez, as well as informing him about the disappearance of Alana Reynolds.
Events of Season 2
Sometime later, aboard the UNSC Cosmo, Randy is joined by Brigadier and Valentine to interrogate Percy O'Hara about the attack the latter survived on Outpost Ice Box.
Trivia
- He was originally going to be white and grey, rather than white and red, but this was changed in production after his voice actor, EthanChaotic, suggested to series creator Syp The Mighty that Randy "felt red."
- His backpack of Red Bot was also added during production, with Syp wanting to give him more personality.
