Not much is known about Rocko, but she does seem to be irritated by the Brigadier's lack of gratitude.

Rocko first appears in Retrograde, taking the Brigadier to the body of Alana Reynolds on Outpost Pit Fall.

She wasn't named in the original airing of Retrograde, which was rectified in the director's cut of Season 1 when she is alerted by her subordinate of the Brigadier's arrival.
