Commander Randall Fonzarelli DeLuca, or just Randy for short, is the lead analyst and outpost coordinator for the SAFE Program, voiced by EthanChaotic.
Personality
Randy is a dedicated and loyal member of the UNSC Cosmo. He cares deeply for his job within the SAFE Program.
Role in Plot
Events of Season 1
In HQ, after Ignacio snaps at him for Geff calling him directly, Randy explains that he never agreed to block Outpost Black Out's number. Randy later sympathizes with Geff, noting that Outpost Black Out is one of their most unproductive outposts. Sometime later, in Replacement, Ignacio discloses to Randy that one of the UNSC's partners, Trinity, has requested the discharge of Geff. After a back and forth, Randy is ordered by his boss to negotiate the transfer of all the soldiers of the outpost in addition to Geff.
Later, in Team Cosmo!, Randy attends an all-hands meeting with Ignacio and his other coworkers Eleanor Winkler and Felicity Benes as they all watch a video message left by a now-deceased Damien Wilson. When Damien's video simply insults the staff, Ignacio dismisses the meeting. This leads Randy to comment on how no one noticed his new backpack, though Alana Reynolds informs him that she did notice it. Randy, already disheartened, dismisses her and walks off.
