Commander Randall Fonzarelli DeLuca, or just Randy for short, is the intelligence officer for the SAFE Program aboard the UNSC Cosmo, voiced by ethanchaotic.

Personality

Randy is a dedicated and loyal member of the UNSC. He cares deeply for his job within the SAFE Program aboard the UNSC Cosmo.

Role in Plot

Events of Season 1

In HQ, after Ignacio snaps at him for Geff calling him directly, Randy explains that he never agreed to block Outpost Black Out's number. Randy later sympathizes with Geff, noting that Outpost Black Out is one of their most unproductive outposts. Sometime later, in Replacement, Ignacio discloses to Randy that one of the UNSC's partners, Trinity Advancements, has requested the discharge of Geff. After a back and forth, Randy is ordered by his boss to negotiate the transfer of all the soldiers of the outpost in addition to Geff.

Later, in Team Cosmo!, Randy attends an all-hands meeting with Ignacio and his other coworkers Eleanor Winkler and Felicity Benes as they all watch a video message left by a now-deceased Damien Wilson.
