Emery Eden is an assassin determined to find Outpost Black Out, voiced by Revoltge.

Personality

Emery is a deranged and violent man who usually attacks first and asks questions later, with the major exception being the guards of Outpost Black Out, but only because it serves his purposes. He's also delusional, seeing a manifestation of his more rational thoughts in the form of Prim, one of his many victims.

Role in Plot

Events of Season 1

In the dead of night during Fax, Emery drives up in a warthog from the ocean to the beach on Outpost High Ground. After parking it and stepping off to look around, he exchanged a look with Prim. Shortly after, when Cayde Jasper walks to the beach on patrol, Emery gets his attention and beats him to death. The next day, Emery steals fuel from High Ground in his backpack while observing the other guards of the outposts. Despite being seen in broad daylight, the guards do not acknowledge him even despite one of them bringing up that he saw Emery's warthog on the beach. Shaking his head, Emery heads back to his warthog where he is chastised by Prim as they discuss Emery's mission: Finding Geff Rodrigo on Outpost Black Out.

Trivia

• He was designed and named by Revoltge, his voice actor who also improvises much of his dialogue.
• Is is unknown why he and Prim are working together despite their obvious disdain for one another.
