Commander Ignacio Dominguez is the commanding officer of HQ. There is a direct line to contact him from outposts under the SAFE program.

Ignacio is a nasally wretched man who only thinks about his personal success as C.O. of the UNSC Cosmo.

His voice in Something was improvised while Syp was recording her lines. For consistency, Syp had to mimic the voice ten years later during the production of BOSS.
He can be considered the main protagonist of WarGames.
