Molotov is a soldier who was present at the Brigadier's investigation on Outpost High Ground.

Events of Season 1
Molotov and his sister Cocktail arrive on Outpost Black Out sometime after the departure of its guards. As Molotov tells Cocktail that they should leave, his sister takes note of Robot as it exclaims an error about a "missing helmet", referring to it as their first lead for whoever they seek.
