When Sarah Daws calls HQ in Fax, the system operator is assigned to answer the call to give automated responses. Sometime later, in Dysfunction, the system operator is tasked by Nicole Vega to direct her call to Felicity Benes. It is later heard in Dysfunction as Nicole Vega takes over a call for Sarah in an attempt to get her sister June a new helmet as a directory before transferring her to Felicity Benes.
