Randy DeLuca
Commander Randy DeLuca is an analyst for HQ, voiced by EthanChaotic. While the same rank, he works under Commander Ignacio Dominguez.

Randy is a dedicated and loyal member of HQ. He cares deeply for his job.
Role in Plot
Events of Season 1
In HQ, after Ignacio snaps at him for Geff calling him directly, Randy explains that he never agreed to block Outpost Black Out's number. Randy later sympathizes with Geff, noting that Outpost Black Out is one of their most unproductive outposts.
Events of WarGames
After the death of Spartan Louie Vargas, Randy analyzed the video logs sent from the blue robot that accompanied him to discover the existence of The Damned. He revealed this to his superior, Commander Ignacio Dominguez, as well as informing him about the disappearance of Alana Reynolds.
Trivia
- EthanChaotic provides his voice, with Syp casting him after hearing his performance as Archie Walker in the Sandguardians machinima series.
- He was originally going to be white and grey, rather than white and red, but this was changed in production after his voice actor, EthanChaotic, suggested to series creator Syp The Mighty that Randy "felt red."
- His bean-117 backpack of Red was also added during the filming of WarGames, with Syp wanting to give him more personality.
- While he wears the Bean-117 backpack and Mark VI shoulder pads in addition to the Mark VI chest plate and Security helmet in WarGames, but in Season 1 he has the CQB shoulder pads instead with no backpack.
