9-5 is an upcoming Halo-based machinima dark comedy drama series created by JaxBeetle. It will center around Team 199, a group of soldiers working at an army base owned by a company on a secluded planet filled with an alien parasite known as the Flood. It will be filmed within The Master Chief Collection game engine. The cast was announced in a special video featuring The Spartan from Guard Duty.

Trivia

• 9-5 is Spite Box's second machinima series, after Guard Duty, and the first to be led by JaxBeetle.
• The series was subtly referenced in Crazy, Cupid, Love! before it was announced, with Nicole mentioning her and June landing in a location called Wakefield while telling a story to Sarah, the last name of one of 9-5's main characters Conroy Wakefield.
