Commander Ignacio Dominguez is the commanding officer of the UNSC Cosmo and thus the supervisor of Outpost Black Out, voiced by Syp The Mighty.

Personality

Ignacio is a nasally wretched man who only thinks about his personal and political success.

Role in Plot

Events of Season 1

When Geff attempts to call the UNSC Cosmo in HQ, it ends up being a direct line to Ignacio's computer. This leads Ignacio to interrupt Geff and snap at Randy for not blocking Outpost Black Out's number. After Randy calms him down, Ignacio resumes the call and berates Geff before telling him not to call without his commanding officer's approval. After hanging up, Ignacio vents to Randy about his hatred of Outpost Black Out.

Sometime later, in Replacement, he discloses to Randy that one of the UNSC's partners, Trinity Advancements, has requested the discharge of Geff. Here, Ignacio reveals he sent the defective repair robot to Outpost Black Out in the hopes it would have killed the soldiers there. After a back and forth with Randy, Ignacio orders him to negotiate the transfer of all the soldiers of the outpost in addition to Geff. After, in Team Cosmo!, Ignacio holds an all-hands meeting to honor the death of Damien Wilson by watching a video message left behind. In the video, Damien insults the staff and gloats that while sad to die he's happy to no longer know anyone on the Cosmo. Ignacio then admits he should have watched the video before playing it, leading him to dismiss the meeting much to Randy's chagrin.

He is heard again in Invader, with Sarah calling him to report an intruder incident at Outpost Black Out. Ignacio is immediately dismissive and assures Sarah that nothing is wrong before cutting the transmission. Later, in Stashed, Ignacio calls upon Alana Reynolds and tasks her with transferring the Black Out guards to Trinity Advancements's headquarters.
