- This episode's title is a reference to the phrase "Speed, Marker, and Action!" heard in the blooper reel for the animated film Toy Story 2.
- This is the second episode to be entirely unscripted, the first being Long Story, But...
- Syp The Mighty originally wanted to include a blooper reel in the credits for Season 1's At The Movies re-release but dropped the idea while editing. She would change her mind and repurpose the concept for this Sides episode, after Syp heard an outtake from Xanthe Folan for Stay Tuned to include in it.
