Trivia

  • This episode was produced while series creator Syp The Mighty was part of Firelight Studios, a group YouTube channel. Revoltge, while not officially a member, agreed to help Syp with a potential reboot of Guard Duty under Firelight Studios. Ultimately this was the only episode produced, as Syp and Revoltge by extension would end up departing the group not long after the episode's release.
  • This is the first episode to be co-written by Revoltge, who voices the Pilot. Eleven years later, Revoltge would rejoin Syp to co-write the series overall beginning with Dare.
    • This is also the first episode to feature original music composed by Revoltge.
  • This is the last episode to feature Chase Hobby as the voice of Miller, with James Brown Jr. filling in during Bagels before Syp took over the role in Clueless.
  • This is also the last episode to feature Firesinopa as the voice of Nicole, as Xanthe Folan would take over the role in Reactionary.
  • When this episode was re-released in 2017, several moments were cut for unknown reasons. These bits would be restored in the 2022 movie edit of Season 1, five years later.
