Classic Season 1
Guard Duty: Season 1 is the first major installment in the Guard Duty series, airing from January 5, 2012 until June 23, 2012. It was written and directed by Syp The Mighty. In addition to the original series pilot from November 21, 2011, three episodes that aired from October 22, 2012 until June 13, 2013 were retroactively considered the first season's portion of Guard Duty Sides. Revoltge, the Pilot's voice actor, co-wrote the Sides episode Annoyances that released the same year. Revoltge also composed the music for that and the following Sides episode.
The movie edit for this season was released on April 29, 2022, over ten years after it ended. A remake of this season is currently in production as part of Guard Duty: Anniversary, announced in Coming Soon.

Trivia
- While Intro-Mind does voice in this season, he would not be cast as Geff until the second season. Instead, he briefly voices Alana in The Transfer.
- This is the only season in which June is referred to as Josh, as it occurs before her transition to a woman.
